Academic Program
Ahwatukee Foothills Prep High School provides an educational program that inspires, motivates and encourages students to excel in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) by using the arts and humanities as a vehicle for engagement and understanding.
At the center of the curriculum is an academic core that provides students with a strong foundation in language arts, math, science, social studies, history, and foreign languages. This broad, libral arts education maximizes student options for careers and future studies in the arts and sciences, while also providing opportunities for intensive study and Advanced Placement coursework in core academic courses as well as selected areas of interet. The academic program balances its emphasis on a strong libral arts basis through project based lesrning, providing students with world-class opportunities to explore and develop their talents.
